Community Engagement

'Rugby for a Better Tomorrow'

At Jenga365, we believe that rugby’s true power lies not only in what happens on the pitch but in the lasting impact it can create off it. Our goal is to harness the core values of the game, teamwork, discipline, and resilience, to make a tangible difference in people’s lives and communities.

To achieve this, we have structured our efforts into two primary community engagement pillars, Social Impact and Environmental Impact. These initiatives are strategically designed to align with key UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ensuring that every project we undertake contributes to a more equitable society and a sustainable future.

Through our impact initiatives, we aim to:

Equip rugby players with the tools, mentorship, and networks to thrive beyond the game.
Create sustainable pathways for social and environmental change.
Build a community that lifts others as it climbs.

Our impact is structured in two categories:

Social Impact

We support causes that uplift vulnerable populations and empower the next generation. Our players and mentors give back by volunteering, procuring resources, and offering guidance to those who need it most. Education & Livelihoods: Through initiatives like "Back to School Drives," we procure stationery, uniforms, and non-monetary donations to ensure students start their academic year with dignity and readiness. Visiting ophanages and animal shelters are also part of projects we will undertake under this umbrella. Mentorship Clinics: In partnership with organizations like AISA and Nondies Cubs, we facilitate fun days and clinics where senior players connect with youth talent, fostering organic mentorships that transcend sport.

Environmental Impacts

We recognise that a thriving game needs a thriving planet. Our "Green Game" initiatives focus on environmental stewardship to ensure we leave the pitch, and the planet, better than we found it. Reforestation/Afforestation: Engaging the rugby community in tree-planting exercises. Clean-ups: Community environmental clean-up drives.

Together, these impacts ensure that rugby in Kenya is more than just a sports, it’s a movement for growth, purpose, and legacy.
